qMan® based typing of HLA-A, -B, -C, -DRB1, 3, 4 & 5, -DQA1, -DQB1, -DPA1 and -DPB1 alleles in SABR resolution. Detection of all 23 CWD null alleles as well as all
CIWD common and intermediate null alleles.
Employing an established TaqMan® method, and developed in close collaboration with leading histocompatibility and immunogenetics laboratories, our HLA typing kits offer superior performance. These ready-to-use kits, featuring FluoMix, pre-loaded PCR plates with primer probes, and optical sealing foils, minimize DNA consumption (e.g., 1 µg per 11 HLA loci with HLA-FluoGene Match).
